Reflexology is a complementary health therapy founded on the principle that our feet, hands, ears, head and face are a reflection of our entire body - where each area corresponds to organs, glands and systems. By applying specific techniques and different pressure to these areas, a reflexologist can help the body restore its own healthy balance.
Reflexology is an ancient form of treatment and evidence has been found for some form of foot, ear and hand therapy being practiced in China and Egypt more than four thousand years ago.
Pranic Healing is a sophisticated system of no-touch energy medicine that cleanses and revitalizes the body's energy field. By removing energetic blockages, it accelerates the body’s innate ability to heal itself. I offer Pranic Healing as a standalone service or seamlessly integrated with Reflexology for a truly multi-dimensional experience. This non-invasive modality is the perfect complement to physical touch, deepening the therapeutic outcome and restoring vitality without direct contact.
The number of sessions really depends on your individual journey and goals. From a therapeutic standpoint, I encourage starting with 3-5 sessions, spaced one or two weeks apart. Regular treatments are best for the body properly beginning the self-healing process. Everyone is different and the response to Reflexology or Pranic Healing can be immediate or sometimes take longer. Whilst there is no obligation to commit to a fixed programme of sessions, I offer pre-paid packages with discounted prices.
I offer clinical-grade Facial, Cranial, Hand, Foot, Ear Reflexology, along with Ear seeding and Subtle Energy Work, available either in combination or as standalone treatments. Your total treatment time includes a health consultation and preparation, as well as your chosen treatment and aftercare advice.
Before your first appointment, you will receive an online medical history form to be completed in advance. Looking at your concerns and goals holistically, I will create a treatment plan that suits your unique needs. Designed to deliver long-term results, your customised treatment will promote a deep state of relaxation and wellbeing.
There is a common misconception that therapeutic results require a certain level of discomfort, but my experience with clients has shown that true transformation happens when the body feels safe and relaxed. This is why I prefer working with a gentle, non-invasive touch or a no-touch energetic approach.
Whilst some areas may feel sensitive or tender, my signature Reflexology focuses on comfort rather than the intense pressure of a deep-tissue or sports massage. I use a light and rhythmic pressure on specific reflex points, or subtle energy balancing to promote relaxation and healing without causing pain.
No, Reflexology and massage are not the same and, in fact, defining Reflexology as a form of massage is incorrect and misleading.
Massage focuses on relieving muscle tension, whilst Reflexology uses a holistic approach to health. The principle behind Reflexology is that the therapeutic stimulation of precise points on our ears, head, face, hands and feet encourages physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
So, if you are specifically looking for a firm, deep-tissue experience, you might prefer a specialist in sports or clinical massage, as my practice is uniquely dedicated to a gentle approach.
Also, Reflexology should not be confused with podiatry, which specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders affecting the foot, ankle and lower limb.
A gentle approach to Reflexology involves a light and rhythmic pressure to various reflex points, rather than a firm pressure. Everybody endures discomfort differently and Reflexology doesn't need to be painful to be effective. A gentle touch promotes a deeper state of relaxation, encouraging the body's natural healing processes without force. This same philosophy of care is at the heart of my Pranic Healing practice, where a non-invasive, no-touch approach further supports your body's restoration.
The synergy of different Reflexology modalities enhances the therapeutic outcome, producing faster and greater results, that last longer.
Reflexology is a powerful therapy in itself and when more Reflexology modalities are combined in the same session, the overall benefits can be outstanding.
My exclusive Reflexology Menu includes a selection of signature treatments in which Cranial, Facial, Hand, Foot, Ear Reflexology and Ear seeding are expertly combined, to address different aspects of the body/mind, more effectively.
No. Neither Reflexology nor Pranic Healing are diagnostic tools. My role is to support your wellbeing and encourage your body’s natural healing processes rather than providing medical diagnoses. I focus on looking at your concerns and goals holistically, which allows me to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique story and create the right conditions for recovery.
Reflexology and Pranic Healing are non-invasive and generally safe for most people. However, there are certain conditions where they may not be suitable or where specific adaptations are required. Each client and their condition needs to be assessed individually. This is why the first session starts with a consultation. A full medical history is required to assess your general health and create a tailor-made treatment plan. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact me.
Reflexology contraindications: blood clotting issues such as an active DVT, severe cellulitis (a painful inflammation of the skin), phlebitis (inflammation of a vein), areas of infections, contagious or notifiable disease (e.g. shingles, measles).
For Pranic Healing, specific precautions apply to conditions such as pregnancy, pacemakers, severe heart conditions, or epilepsy.

Please note, while Reflexology is widely covered, Pranic Healing is currently not included in most standard healthcare cash plans. Always check your individual policy first, as the same company may offer very different levels of cover.

As a specialist in Cranial, Facial, Auricular, Hand and Foot Reflexology, Ear Seeding and Pranic Healing I design sessions focused on the body-mind connection, including:
If you are interested in a tailored session for a group or individual needs, I am always happy to connect and discuss how we can collaborate.
Originating from the Traditional Chinese Medicine, ear seeding consists in the application of tiny studs attached to an adhesive sticker, that create a precise compression of specific points around the ear; the ear is considered a microsystem reflecting the entire body, where over 200 points can be stimulated to encourage healing.
Ear seeds serve as mini acupressure devises able to balance hormones, boost immunity, alleviate pain, promote digestion, help with substance abuse, calm the mind, improving anxiety, focus and insomnia.
The application of 24-karat Gold ear seeds is included in many of my treatments or can be added for a little extra, to enhance and prolong the effect of the treatment.
Reflexology and Pranic Healing are holistic therapies aiming to bring balance on all levels; especially at the beginning stages, the body's own natural healing processes may cause a "healing response" consisting in various physical, mental or emotional symptoms. Anyone is wonderfully unique and will react in the way of clearing that is most appropriate and beneficial for them. Following each treatment, your mind-body system tries to find and relieve the root cause of your imbalance and the emotions surrounding it; this may cause you to feel a bit worse before feeling better. The "healing crisis" is temporary and a natural progression through your personal healing journey.
