Booking Policy

In order to confirm and secure your appointment, a full upfront payment will be required. Please note that deposits and pre-payments not used within 6 months will expire.

MEDICAL HISTORY

Prior to your first appointment I will require your full Medical History and knowledge of your current medication (if any). A Medical History form will be emailed to you along with your booking confirmation. Please ensure you complete the Medical History form as soon as you get it, otherwise you may be refused the treatment on the day. All treatment times include health consultation, preparation, Reflexology treatment and aftercare advice.

HEALTH

Reflexology is a non-invasive and generally safe complementary health therapy. However, there are a few conditions where it would not be suitable. You must let me know if there are any changes to your medical record. Please ensure that there isn’t any reason why you might not be able to go ahead, such as any new medical conditions, or changes to medication.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of courtesy to the therapist and other clients, a minimum of 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations, rescheduling and modifications of your appointments. Your wellbeing and time are valuable and so are ours. Appointments that are not attended on time, rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in all payments received being non-refundable. Reservations made within a 48-hour period cannot be changed or cancelled.

LATE ARRIVALS

Where possible, please arrive five minutes before your appointment start time. For late arrivals, the length of your treatment will be adjusted accordingly, to allow us to finish on time, in consideration of my next client. If you do not show up for your appointment, the full cost will be charged.

PACKAGES

If you have purchased a course of 5 treatments, it will be valid for 5 months from the date of purchase. The pack is valid for in clinic 50 minutes treatments only.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions and discounts are not to be used alongside any other promotional offer.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

Delivery methods:

• eVoucher: your Voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address. This method is free of charge.

There are no restrictions on when your Voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.

You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing the Voucher ready to be downloaded and/or printed.

You have the option to display or not the value on the recipient Voucher. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details.

If you have specified a Voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive a notification to confirm when the Voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Usage terms:

• Kindly notify me at time of booking that the Voucher is to be used, and present it on arrival.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are non-transferable.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months, and advance booking is necessary.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have a signed consent form.
